“Excellent course and although the learning took place in a classroom environment, it was very much based around the principle of 'learning by doing'. Great balance between theory and practice, with some great opportunities to put the theory into practice using your own work based problems and issues.

I think one of the other major benefits was doing the training with peers from within the same Department. This presented an excellent opportunity to build relationships, learn from colleagues and compare practices.
