This report uses the Managing For Success® software from TTI, the world leading producer of computerised assessments. It is based on the DISC model of Dr. William Moulton Marston.  By using DISC, the universal language of behaviour, we can quantify information on how we perceive ourselves and how others may perceive us. The report identifies both our natural, instinctive behaviour, as well as the behaviour we choose to adopt in any particular situation or circumstance.

The questionnaire only takes 10 minutes to complete and a comprehensive 24 page report will be with you in seconds. It contains many valuable insights into the strengths and possible struggles of your style along with specific guidance as to which styles of communication work best for you
